Congrats to him.
But come to think of it, can't these same sets of people see what they could do to make our own Educational Sector be better that it is now?
What I know is that only God will judge them all. The poor masses children can't afford ordinary SSCE certification but those in power or those that has tasted the power never thought of reforming Education Sector.
